Order Restrictions and Fulfillment
To ensure fair access to our products, individual orders are typically limited to 5 units of any single product per transaction. Aenai Botanika reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Please note that our website is designed for retail customers, and wholesale orders will not be accepted through this platform.
All promotions, sales, and discount codes will conclude on the specified date, as determined by Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
While we strive to provide accurate dispatch and delivery estimates, these are offered as a guide only. Aenai Botanika is not responsible for any delays or failures to deliver products within the estimated timeframe.
Customers placing international orders are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations and any associated duties or taxes.
Amendments and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to an order, please contact Aenai Botanika via email or phone as soon as possible to speak with a representative. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately won’t be able to make changes or exchange the product.
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
